Shinlever Paving & Excavating is a family-owned contractor business, which primarily operates in the Pigeon Forge and Sevier County Area. We serve the Sevier County surrounding areas. Steve Shinlever, owner is widely locally known both in Developing Raw Properties and Professional Excavating Services. Steve is a Sevier County native and with his wife Kim Shinlever, who is also a Sevier County native and a Professional Real Estate Broker in Sevier County.
Our office is located at 862 Wears Valley Road, Pigeon Forge, and Tenn. We strive to maintain the most up-to-date tools and equipment in the industry. We offer Free Estimates, timely service.
To compliment our asphalt paving, we also engage in various general construction projects that include site development, underground, and general excavation. Depending on seasonal workload, we will operate up to three general construction crews at one time. Our company operates during the typical construction season running from April through November. Asphalt production begins in mid-April and runs through November, weather permitting. However, we continue the laying of surface course mixes after November 1, weather permitting and temperatures stay at an optimal level.
